SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada and the USA.
(the free shipping option will automatically be shown at checkout if your order qualifies)

Shipping for orders under $150 is a flat rate fee of $12 (within Canada and to the USA). We ship orders via Canada Post and UPS within 2 business days. 

We also ship internationally, rates will be shown at checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have selected a shipping method with tracking, your tracking number will be in this email. Please note that it can take up to 2 business days for tracking information to appear.

For US or International customers, we ship orders via Canada Post. Shipping to the US usually takes between 1.5 - 3 weeks, although sometimes it can be longer. You will be responsible for any duty fees and/or taxes which may be charged on your order's arrival.

CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING

To minimize our environmental impact, we've partnered with Shopify Planet to offset all carbon emissions generated by shipping orders. Planet focuses on carbon removal, reforestation and funding a mix of nature-based carbon removal and innovative solutions such as direct air capture and mineralization.
